To create & shape a venture had always been a passion that drove Prantik. His academic pursuit in the domain of computer engineering & technopreneurship at NUS sowed the seeds of entrepreneurship whilst his initial years in the technocratic Singapore government strengthened his belief & capacity to manage his own enterprise in the knowledge economy.
Today Prantik is the Managing Partner at Happy Marketer, one of the leading digital marketing firms in Southeast Asia. Looking after the business development in the region for the company, he grew and scaled the agency such that it led to an acquisition process by Dentsu Aegis Network and Merkle. He also joined INSEAD as a mentor who advises early stage start-ups on Digital Marketing and help them to scale up and monetize.
As the key partner, he led several award-winning campaigns with long-term clients like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and SMRT and headed large scale digital transformation consulting engagements with Boston Consulting Group. He also led the pitch process of winning several new accounts including INSEAD, Standard Chartered, NTUC Income, Grab among others.
A respected and well-established thought leader whose daily insights reach thousands of marketers, he has also been quoted by publications such as CNN, The Business Times, Mumbrella Asia, Marketing Interactive, delivered keynotes and interviews organized by L’Oreal Paris, MONEY FM 89.3, Twitter Singapore, CNN Indonesia, Mumbrella Asia 360 and imparted his entrepreneurial and digital marketing experiences with students from NUS, SMU, SIM, and SP Jain School of Global Management to groom the next batch of marketers.
